New Knowledge Base Article
To create a new knowledge base article, open the main menu and click Knowledge Base. In the window that appears, click the New Article button in the top-left corner.
- Article Subject
- Group – Assign the article to a specific group (e.g., Hosting, Domains, etc.).
- Internal Article – Select this if the article is an internal knowledge base article for staff members . Staff can view internal articles when logged into the admin area. Be sure to grant staff the Knowledge Base VIEW permission if you want them to access internal articles.
- Disabled – Toggle this to temporarily hide the article from customers and staff.
- Article Description – Enter the article description using the rich TinyMCE editor.
After you create the knowledge base article, each article will have a unique slug that users can access directly.
