New Knowledge Base Group

To create a new knowledge base article, from the main menu, click on the item Knowledge Base->Groups, then a new window will be opened and click on the top left button New Group.

• Group Name – Enter a name for this group (e.g., Domains, Hosting).
• Color – Select a color to represent this group in the Kanban area.
• Short Description – Provide a brief description that will serve as an introduction for the group’s articles.
• Order – Specify the display order for this group.
• Disabled – Note: If this option is checked, all articles in the group will be hidden.
• Click Save to apply your changes.
